  8. 1 tsp finely minced ginger

  14. 7-8 curry leaves

Instructions to make to make No bread sandwich / toast

  1. Take semolina in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix semolina, maida, curd, sugar, salt, 1/2 cup water and keep in rest for 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Assemble all chopped veggies and other ingredients.
  4. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, let it splutter,then add ginger, sauté for few seconds then add veggies and sauté for few minutes till rawness of veggies goes off.
  5. Then add the veggies to the semolina curd mixture and mix well.
  6. Now add ENO powder, add little water and mix gently. If required add water gradually, we need Idli batter consistency.
  7. Take sandwich maker, brush oil in each mould / plate, pour 2-3 spoon of batter in each mould and spread nicely. Close lid and cook for 5-6 minutes but check in between.
  8. When it is properly cooked, we get a nice aroma. De mould from sandwich maker and its ready to serve.
